Thank you for your interest in our restaurant as a possible site for your function. Our menu is just a click away for your review, as well as some guidelines below that we have established for our functions
Del Pietro's Italian Restaurant has been family owned and operated since 1976. Michael Del Pietro Sr. and his wife Mary Rose Del Pietro, opened the restaurant. They were both brought up in the restaurant industry. Mary Rose's parents Roy and Lee Russo were the owners of Rossinos in the Central West End and they were the inspiration behind Saros. Del Pietro's continues to provide the area with authentic Italian cuisine.
Menu selection MUST be made TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the date of the function. Limited menus are required for parties of twenty or more. We will be happy to assist you in planning your menu and party. It is our policy to have you select up to three items from the menu that you would like to offer at your function. Buffet menus are available upon request.
Most meat and seafood entrees are served with a house salad and side order of pasta. Pasta selections are not served with a house salad, but you can order a salad a la carte. We also provide a variety of appetizers as well as a delicious array of desserts. We are also able to assist with ordering any specialty cakes or floral arrangements, which may be procured, from an outside source. These items are available at an additional cost. If you should decide to bring a cake, there is a per piece cutting fee.
If you would like an open bar, the cost is per drink served. Bottles of wine are available starting at $20.00 each. Any wine that is brought onto the property will incur a corkage fee. Coffee and tea are $1.95 per serving - no charge for refills. White linen tablecloths and napkins are also available at an additional cost.
In order to prepare for your function, a count guarentee must be turned in at least 72 HOURS in advance of your serving time. All reservations are considered firm at the time they are booked. You will be charged based on your final guest count. If you need to add any guest, we can usually accomodate this request, if you let us know as soon as possible. We however reserve the right to refuse additions if we cannot accomodate them.
Our banquet rooms can accomodate 25 to 90 guests comfortably. If your count falls below 25 people, there is a room charge of $200.
We charge a restaurant sales tax and an 18% gratuity fee, which will be included on the guest check. We require a NON-REFUNDABLE $200 deposit in advance of the scheduleddate, to reserve the room for your function. Your room is NOT reserved until we get the deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your bill the day or evening of your event and the balance of the bill will be due at that time. "NO SHOWS" or cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation incur a cancellation charge equal to 50% of food spending or applicable room charge. We accept all major credit cards.
